Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Age Group, Gender, and Preferred Language.

Booking Details

Selected counselling topic, appointment date/time, counselor preferences, and session status.

Account Credentials

Hashed security passwords or OAuth tokens when authenticating via Google Sign-In.

Compliance Audit Logs

IP Address, User-Agent, and terms attestation timestamps stored securely in audit logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Appointment Fulfillment: Scheduling sessions with certified BK counselors and creating virtual Google Meet links.
Counselor Continuity: Utilizing automated sticky-counselor assignment logic to ensure you retain your preferred counselor for ongoing guidance.
Automated Notifications: Dispatching confirmation emails, Google Calendar invites, SMS alerts, and rescheduling updates.
Quality & Safety Audits: Maintaining tamper-proof audit trails of booking consent and rescheduling agreements for safety compliance.

3. Absolute Confidentiality & Data Security

Your conversations during counselling remain 100% confidential.

Counselors adhere to strict spiritual and clinical ethical standards. Personal session contents are never sold, monetized, or shared with commercial entities. Database connections and OAuth communications are encrypted using standard SSL/TLS protocols.

5. Your Rights & Data Control

You may view your session history at any time on your dashboard. If you wish to delete your account or request data removal, please reach out to the organization administrator via the contact section.

Terms & Conditions

Please read and agree to the following before submitting your booking:

1. Session Details

Each counseling slot will be 30 minutes long.
You must fill in all requested information accurately and completely in the booking form.
Please describe your concern openly and honestly, without hesitation, so that you can receive appropriate guidance.

2. Booking & Attendance

No counseling session will be conducted without a confirmed slot booking.
If you wish to cancel or are unavailable for your slot, please inform us in advance.
Please join the session 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session.

3. Camera & Verification

Keeping your camera on during the session is mandatory.
If you face network issues, please show your face at least for a couple of minutes at the start before turning off your camera.
If you are unable to show your face due to network issues, the session will be treated as cancelled, and you will need to book a new slot.

4. Homework & Follow-up

Complete any homework/practice suggested by your counselor before attending your next session.

5. Communication Boundaries

Please do not seek or share personal phone numbers, social media, or private contact with your counselor.
All communication must take place only through official booked slots.
Any feedback or suggestions may be shared only on the official contact number provided to you.

6. Nature of Counseling — Disclaimer

Any advice, suggestions, or techniques shared during the session reflect the counselor's personal knowledge and experience.
These do not represent the official position, teachings, or policy of the Brahma Kumaris organization.
Whether to follow any such suggestion is entirely your own personal decision.
Neither the counselor nor the Brahma Kumaris organization shall be held responsible for any outcome, harm, or loss resulting from acting upon such suggestions.

7. Not a Substitute for Medical/Psychiatric Treatment

This service is a supportive, spiritual counseling service — it is not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric treatment.
If you are currently under treatment with a mental health professional, please continue that treatment; this service is only a supplementary support.
In case of a serious mental health concern, suicidal thoughts, or emergency, please contact a qualified doctor, mental health helpline, or nearest hospital immediately.

8. Confidentiality

The organization and counselor will make reasonable efforts to keep your information and conversation confidential.
However, if a session reveals a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, the organization reserves the right to take appropriate action or inform relevant authorities/family.

9. No Guarantee of Outcome

The organization and counselor do not guarantee any specific outcome, resolution, or improvement. This service is intended only for guidance and support.

10. Right to Discontinue Service

The organization reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue this service for any counselee or counselor, without prior notice, in case of violation of these terms.

11. Consent

By submitting your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
